Sunbird Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 beef sirloin cut in strips1 red pepper1 onion1/4 pound broccoli florets2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp olive oil2 carrots cut in matchstick pieces2 tsp sugar1/3 cup water1 packet of Sunbird seasoning packet
Directions
1.) Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Then set aside.

2.) In large skillet or wok heat the olive oil. Then add the meat and stir fry until browned.

3.) Add the vegetables to the stir fry and cook for 3-5 minutes (or until vegetables are soften)

4.) Add seasoning mixture and stir fry for 1-3 minutes or until thickened.

Serve with white rice.
