Creamy Warm Tuna

Ingredients
3 oz can of tuna in water1.5 tbsp margarine.25 cup of flour.25 cup milkdash of saltdash of black pepperWhole wheat bread on the side to be toasted.
Directions
Place a frying pan on medium high. Put margarine in pan. Let it melt. Add flour to butter in pan. Immediately add milk to pan. Then add salt & pepper to mixture. Now add tuna. Stir all ingredients. Serve immediately on 2 slices of whole bread that is toasted. Great for when the weather is cold and there's not much time to fix a fancy meal.
