Ingredients
Hard Boiled EggsRye Bread (2 slices)Black Pepper - 0.25 tbspUnsalted Butter - 0.5 tbspYellow Mustard - 0.25 cup Mayonnaise - 0.25 cup
Directions
1. Boil eggs.
2. Let eggs cool. Peel and mash.
3. Add pepper, yelllow mustard and mayonnaise to eggs and mix well.
4. Butter up the rye bread.
5. Put the egg mixture on to the bread (Alternatives: you can use other breads, I just love Rye bread - also you can have it toasted or not)
