Grilled Chicken Ceasar Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3 breasts)2 tbsp Kraft Free Italian dressing2 cups chopped romaine lettuce1/2 cup croutons, I prefer a low fat variety8 tbsp Marzetti Light Ceasar vinaigrette1/8 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese4 Mission multigrain medium soft taco tortillas
Directions
Sprinkle chicken breasts with montreal steak seasoning. Pound out breasts to uniform 1/2 inch thickness.

Grill chicken breasts on medium about 7-8 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, chop romaine lettuce and grate parmesan cheese.

Allow chicken to cool enough to handle. Cut into bite sized chunks.

Assemble wraps with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 of the cooked chicken, 1/4 of the croutons, 1/4 of the parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp Ceasar dressing.

*Note* I often grill my chicken breasts on a George Foreman Grill. It takes half the time and they stay juicier. A grill pan works as well.
