Left over ground meat pasta

Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 2.5 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbspGround beef, lean, 100 gramsbalsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoonCelery, cooked, 2 stalksCarrots, cooked, 2 carrotPasta, cooked, 400 gramsGarlic, 2 cloveWhole onion
Directions
Place the onion, celery, carrots in a food processor and blitz.

Add the oil to a large pan and add the blended mixture. Fry until water has evaporated from the mixture and it's beginning to caramelise. Add the left over cooked meat, with the crushed garlic and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 5 mins until vinegar has evaporated.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 mins. Meantime boil the pasta and then add to the tomato mixture after the 10 mins are up. Combine with 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
