5 layer salad

Ingredients
Head of Romaine Lettuce20 baby carrots split into 4 pieces each lengthwise2 c. frozen peas, thawed4 hard boiled eggs1/2 c. 2% sharp cheddar cheese1/2 c. part skim mozzarella1 c. light Miracle Whip2 tablespoons white vinegar
Directions
Place cut up romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Cover lettuce with thawed peas, sliced carrots, sliced boiled eggs, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix together in a separate container the mayo and vinegar. Once mixed, spread over the top of the layered salad. This is a healthier version of traditional 7 layer salad. Add red onions and bacon bits if desired. Makes 8 servings.
