Mom Mom's Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced, mixed with2 tsp cinnamon and5 T. sugarCream:4 Eggs2 cups sugarMix in:1/2 cup orange juice1 cup oil2 1/2 tsp. vanillaMix separately then add to batter:3 cups flour3 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt
Directions
Bake at 350 for 60 to 75 minutes in greased & floured bundt or tube pan.

Layer 1/3 batter, half apples, 1/3 batter, 1/2 apples, remaining batter.
