Vegetable Party Spread

8 oz. Low fat cream cheese, softened1/3 cup Finely grated carrot2 tbsp Finely chopped celery2 tbsp Minced onion2 tbsp Finely chopped green bell pepper2 tbsp Finely chopped cucumber1 tsp Lemon juice1/8 tsp White pepper1/8 tsp Salt
Directions
Makes 16 servings

Beat all ingredients at medium speed in mixing bowl until smooth. Chill, covered, for 1 hour. Serve at room temperature on bread or crackers.
