Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 3 cup shreddedSpinach, fresh, 1 cupCucumber (peeled), 1 small (6-3/8" long)Alfalfa sproutsAvocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seedsBeets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 ozCarrots, raw, 1 medium (remove)
Wash lettuce, tear into bite size pieces. Wash other vegetables, sprouts and combine with lettuce. Add desired dressing.
