leftover puff pastry chicken pot pie

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry12 ounces rotisserie chicken w/o skin1 tbsp flour2 tbsp cream/evap milk1/2 cup chicken stock1/2 cup corn1 cup shredded carrots1 small onion1 tbsp olive oili sautee onions and olive oil, add other veggies and then chicken. Then add flour and stock...then cream. salt and pepper. put pastry in bottom of square pan, put cooled chicken mixture inside, then fold over remaining pastry sheet.
Directions
bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes
