Ingredients
* Pasta, cooked, 8 oz * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 4 tbsp * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, .33 cup * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * Garlic, 2 clove chopped * Ginger Root, 1/4 c grated * Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup * Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) diced * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped 1 cup
Directions
Boil pasta until al dente. In a bowl, whisk together all other ingredients, add warm pasta, serve. Is delicious at any temperature!
