6 skinless, boneless chicken breast tenders4 Low Carb Large Tortillas1 cup shredded romaine lettuce1 tomato, sliced thin4 tablespoons Ken's Light Caesar Dressing2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated1 tablespoon lemon-infused olive oilsalt pepperpaprika
Toss chicken tenders in the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook on a grill pan. Allow to cool and then dice into chunks.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the Caesar dressing on each tortilla (4 tortillas).
Add chicken, lettuce, tomato, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and roll up.
