Ingredients
White long grain ricefrozen onionsfrozen bell pepperscan whole kernal corncan green bean2 cans of tomatoe sauceVery lean ground meat8 slices turkey bacon
Directions
Use slow cooker, put rice on bottom, layer frozen onions, layer frozen green peppers, pour can of corn with water over layers, pour can of green beans over layer with water over layers, layer ground beef over layers, pour tomatoe sauce over layers, cover with bacon slices. Slow cook for 5 or more hours, can be cooked overnight.
