BLT & Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread, toasted (or not)1/4 c. mashed avocado1 T. Hormel Real bacon bits1/2 tomato cut into 2 thick slices1-2 Romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
While bread is toasting, mash the avocado, slice the tomato, & get lettuce leaves ready.

Spread mashed avocado on 1 side of both pieces of toast. Sprinkle bacon bits on 1 slice of toast. Arrange tomato slices on the same piece of toast as the bacon. Top with lettuce & the other slice of toast. Cut in half, & enjoy. Makes 1 serving
