1 chicken breast, skinless and bonelesshalf of a red pepper chopped fine1 lemon1 tbsp of dried oregano1 tsp black pepper (more or less, whatever you like)
1.Preheat oven to 425
2.Squeeze lemon juice into a small baking pan
3.Add red pepper to the pan, mix with a fork
4. Cut fat off your chicken breast and add to the
pan
5. Turn chicken over a few times and put some of the chopped red peppers on top of the chicken along with the black pepper and oregano
6. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes
7. Make sure to turn the chicken at least once
