Salmon Spread

Ingredients
1 pint canned salmon1/2 pint smoked salmon6 T mayonnaise3 T each sweet pickles and red oniona little pickle juice to tastelemon juice to taste
Directions
Mash up salmon in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice (and a little horseradish is optional). Mix in mayonnaise, pickles and onion. Spread on crackers.
