Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
butternut squash 650gonion 120gcelery 115ggarlic 1 cloveolive oil 1/2 tsp1 Tbsp + 3 cups watersalt, pepper, sage to taste
Directions
peel and cube squash,bring to a boil in 3c water, reduce heat to med-low and simmer 20-30min.
In a saucepan, heat oil, add garlic, onion, celer. cook 1 min. add 1T water, cover and steam 2-3 min.
Blend squash until smooth, add vegetables, salt pepper and sage and return to a boil
