Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1/3 cup freshly grated coconut1 teaspoon chopped, seeded jalapeno pepper1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro2 Tablespoons of fresh lime juice1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Rinse and drain Garbanzo beans

Combine beans, coconut, chile peppers and cilantro in a large bowl.

Stir in lime juice and salt.

Let flavors marinate for at least 3 hours for best flavor
