Lemon/Dill Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb coho salmon filletjuice of 1 lemonfresh or dried dillPam cooking spray
Directions
Serves 4, 146 cal. per serving, 1.1 carb per serving

Spray glass pan with Pam, Rinse salmon fillet and place in pan skin side down, sprinkle juice of lemon all over the fillet and then sprinkle with dill.

Sometimes I will spray the fillet with Pam first, it's your preference.
