Ingredients
2 chicken thighs (as they are), 500 grams red potatoes cut into small pieces, 1 large carrot cut into pieces, spices, herbs, 1 table spoon of olive oil
Directions
preheat the oven. in a termo resistent pan put the thighs, the potatoes and carrot, the spices and the herbs and the olive oil. put in the oven for 30-45 min on medium-heat. makes 4 servings. best served with cabbage salad.
