Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Pam - Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving (remove)*Rice - Great Valley Rice Medley (Whole Grains), 468 gram(s) (remove)*Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 2 cup (remove)*pepper yellow sweet, 1 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Green Onion (1 Green Onion), 0.25 cup (remove)*Salt, substitute: French's, No Salt, Sodium Free Salt Alternative, 1/4 tsp (1.3g)/serving, 4 serving (remove)*BD's Pad Thai Sauce, .5 oz (remove)Garlic,1 clove (remove)
Directions
in pot - rice and chicken broth 1/2 tsp salt - cook 30 min
while rice cooking chop all veggies and fry them in wok
spray wok with pam - start with garlic and scallion - then carrots and celery - then peppers and green onions and pad thai and then add cooked rice stir and serve
