Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients
5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunksAdd enough water to cover the potatoes plus one inch.1 lb. kielbasa sausage cut into bite-size pieces32-oz. jar of sauerkraut with juice1 large onion, diced16-oz. ctn. sour cream4 T. butterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the peeled potatoes into small chunks and place into a saucepan. Add enough water to cover the potatoes and one ince more. Add the onions, sausage and sauerkraut. Simmer until potatoes are done. Add sour cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes until flavors have a chance to mix.
