Beans, pinto, 1 can Beans, black, 1 can Green Chili Peppers, canned, 2 small cans Canned Chicken, 2 (5 oz) cansMcCormick ground cumin, 4 tbsp Coriander Seed, Ground (1 Tbsp), 4 tbsp Oregeno, 1 tsp Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, .25 cup Canola Oil, 2 tsp Cilantro, raw, 2 tbspFlour Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Combine black beans and pinto beans with garlic powder, cumin, coriander, and roasted green chillies cooked for 30 minutes or so.
Taco seasoning: Combine oil onions and garlic cooked until caramelized then add fresh cilantro, cumin, coriander, stewed tomatoes (blended to not be chunky) and canned chicken (to save time) and a cup of water,
Simmered down.
Consumed with tortillas cheese and also saffron rice left over from last night.
Pretty good.
