1.75 cups All-purpose Floor1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda0.5 tsp. Salt300 grams Candied Fruit0.5 cups Chopped Pecans0.5 cups Butter1 cup Sugar2 large Eggs2 tsp. Vanilla Extract0.66 Cups 2% Milk
Measure first 8 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in center.
Cream butter and sugar in seperate bowl.Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Add vanilla and milk. Stir.
Pour into well. Stir just to moisten. Fill greased muffin cups almost full. Bake in 400 deg F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
