Grilled Mushroom and cheese sandwich

Ingredients
# Capsicum cut into strips 1 cup# Button mushroom sliced 1 cup# Olive oil 1 tbsp# Salt ¼ tsp# Pepper ¼ tswhole wheat bread 4 slice(30g each)chedder cheese 20g
Directions
Take non stick skillet and heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in it.
Reduce the heat to medium and add capsicum strips and sliced mushrooms and sauté for 6-7 minutes or till all the water released by mushrooms is dried up.
Switch of the heat and sprinkle salt and pepper and use it as required.

Take a bread slice and spread 2 tbsp of prepared capsicum mushroom filling on it.
Top this up with one tbsp of salsa and one tbsp of shredded cheese.
Cover with other slice and grill for 3 minutes on electrical toaster grill and with the help of a knife cut it into two parts diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup.
