Ingredients
Egg noodlesStew Beef - 1 pound1 can - Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom SoupSliced Onion (small-medium)Sliced mushroom (I used 4 fresh)Sour Cream - 1 cupSalt to tastePepper to tasteLea & Perrins 2 tsp2 tbs flourGarlic 1 clove
Directions
Sautee onions & mushrooms & garlic in 1 tbs of oil
set aside

Brown beef in pan drippings, toss in flour
add cream of mushroom soup (3/4 to entire can depending on taste)
Heat through
add onions & mushrooms
Heat and then add 1 cup of Sour Cream

Serve over cooked egg noodles

    I subbed greek yogurt for the sour cream and the sauce was very yummy, however, next time I make it I'll convert for a crock pot... the stew meat was way too tough. - 10/27/11
