Baked Potstickers, Pampered Chef

Ingredients
1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions1 tsp peeled & finely grated fresh ginger root1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicke, drained & flaked1 TBSP soy sauce1 egg white, lightly beaten1/4 cup miracle whip, lite1 garlic clove, pressed38 wonton wrappers
Directions
preheat oven to 425. combine ingredients. To assemble, place wrappers on pan. lightly brush edges of each wonton with water. place a mounded scoop of filling onto center of each wonton. shape & seal as desired. Place potstickers on baking stone, bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Good served with jalepeno dipping sauce, made by combining 1/2 cup jalepeno jelly, 1/4 cup rice vinegar, and 1 TBSP soy sauce (not included in this recipe's calorie count)
