Crockpot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 lb pork tenderloin1 envelope of onion soup mix1 cup water3/4 cup red wine1-2 TBSP minced garlic2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce1 TBSP balsalmic vinegar
Directions
Brown pork loin. Place in crockpot and top with soup packet. Pour all other ingredients except garlic over meat. Turn pork to coat, then spread galic over pork. Cook on low for 4 hours
