Black Beans Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup dry brown rice2 Cups water1 Can (15 oz) black beans1 Cup Salsa1 Package Taco Seasoning
Directions
5 Weight Watchers Points Plus Points
Cook the rice according to package. Chunk up and brown the chicken. When the rice has 10-15 minutes left of cook time, add taco seasoning, salsa, black beans and chicken. Let cook until rice is tender.

I like to add tomatos, onion, olivies (will change PP value), garlic, spinach...Basically any veggies which wont change the PP value.
