Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans tuna in water1 egg1/2 cup oats1/4 grated carrot1/4 red onion, chopped small1/2 cup chopped parsley1 tsp Dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients and mix with hands. Portion out into four full burgers of 3 oz each. You'll have a little bit left over for a baby burger. Heat a skillet and spray with Pam. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
