Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats2 medium ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup chopped almonds1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp apple pie spice1/4-1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce2 scoops low-carb nonfat vanilla protein powder
Directions
Mix in a medium-sized mixing bowl. If too thick, add a small amount of applesauce. Spray a 9"x9" pan with cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake a 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
