Pumpkin Bread pudding with Caramel Sauce

2 lge eggs 1 1/2 c. milk1 c. pumpkin1/3 c. Brown sugar1/2 c. raisins1 t. pumpkin pie spice1 t. cinnamon1 t. vanilla5 c. bread cubes3 T. butter, melted Sauce: 1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. unsalted butter1/4 c. whipping cream
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add all remaining ingred. except bread, raisins, or the sauce ingredients. Fold in bread cubes and raisins. Transfer to lightly greased 2 qt. baking dish. Let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 min.
Sauce: Whisk brown sugar & unsalted butter over med. heat until butter melts. Whisk in whipping cream. Cook until smooth-about 3 minutes.
