Pineapple Oat Bran and Almond Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup All Bran Cereal1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats1 cup Whole Grain Flour (Oat, Whole Wheat, etc)1/3 cup slivered almonds1 15 oz can pineapple tidbits drained2 egg whites1/3 cup cannola oil1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup orange juice1 Tbls orange peel1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray muffins tins with flour added baking spray (or spray muffin paperliners with spray)
Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Combine wet ingredients together and add to dry ingredients.
Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Delicious and moist.
