Ingredients
1/2onion1 segment garlic 1 Tablespoon of olive oilParsleycorriandersalmon fillets chopped into chunkswhite firm fish chopped into chunksprawns wholecalamari
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan.(medium heat) sautee onion and garlic until translucent.
Add seafood mix, Cook for 1 min each side.
Add chopped corriander and parsley.
salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with lemon rice or tomatoe and chilli sauce with spagetti
