sour cream chicken enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, cooked1 can enchilada sauce1 cup fat free cheddar cheese1 cup fat free sour cream1 cup scallions, chopped6 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
combine chicken, sour scream, cheddar cheese and scallions. portion evenly between 6 tortillas, roll. in 8x8 casserole spray with touch of nonstick spray. pour small amount of enchilada sauce in bottom of casserole just to cover. Place enchiladas ontop cover with enchilada sauce. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and scallions if desired. Cover and bake at 350' until bubbly. About twenty minutes. Makes 6 enchiladas.
