Blackberry Marinade

Ingredients
3/4 cup blackberry vinegar (or raspberry vinegar)1/8 cup light soy sauce1 tbsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp shallots (minced)1 cup Blackberries
Directions
Put all ingrediants into a blender or food processor.

My kids love this on salmon!

    As much as I love Salmon. I would try this recipe because of the amount of sodium. That's just too, much sodium for one recipe. - 6/10/14
