1 lb. lasagna noodles1 25 oz. jar spaghetti sauce2 cups shredded chedder cheese1 16oz container of cottage cheese1 egg medium3 Tbsp garlic powder2 Tbsp italian seasoning2 tsp ground black pepper1 lb. lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Brown ground beef. Mix together egg, garlic, pepper, italian seasoning and cottage cheese. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Begin with a layer of noodles, then sauce, ground beef, and cottage cheese mix and shredded cheese. Continue layering until either pan is full or ingredients are used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until cheese is lightly browned on top.
