Ingredients
Frozen Brussels Sprouts (16 oz. bag)Maple Syrup (2 tbsp)Olive Oil (1 tbsp)Spicy Mustard (2 tsp)Salt (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Thaw the brussels sprouts and then slice each one in half. Meanwhile, whisk the other ingredients in a bowl, then toss in the brussels sprouts until coated well. Place in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes.

    These are super. My husband vows to never eat veggies with a sweet sauce. But, there is just enough maple and just enough mustard. He enjoyed them, too. - 3/25/12
