Quinoa Granola

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats1 cup uncooked/rinsed quinoa1 cup walnuts1/3 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce2 TBSP olive oil1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
