Jess's Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
Half a 12oz bag of No Yolk Noodles1 can Cream of Chicken (nonfat or low fat)10-20 oz tuna1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 of a small (2.8oz) can French Fried Onions (original)Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook noodles as instructions suggest
Preheat oven to 350
Combine Cream of Chicken and milk in a separate bowl until slightly runny.
Add noodles to 9x9 or 8x8 casserole dish
Pour cream of chicken/milk over noodles and mix in tuna (you may need to toss the noodles a little with tongs)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sprinkle french fried onions over top.
Cook approx 30min, uncovered.
Broil approx 5 min (or until onions have browned)
