500g cooked new pots300g cooked mushrooms100g cooked spinach100g cheese4 eggs100 ml skimmed milkherbs
Directions
Layer potatoes, muchrooms and spinach in over proof dish

Beat eherbs, ggs and milk together

Pour egg mixture on top

Sprinkle cheese on top

Cook in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
