Tuna burger with balsamic glaze

* Tuna, Solid White Albacore - Starkist drained, 1 5oz can * Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 1 tbsp * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp * Egg white, 1 * Pureed Tomatoes, 20 grams * Basil, 0.25 tsp * Garlic powder, 0.2 tsp * Pepper, black, 2 dash * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Orange Juice, 2 fl oz * Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp * Crushed red pepper, pinch
Mix first 8 ingredients, mix well and form into a patty. Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and place patty in pan. Cook 5 minutes on one side then flip and cook 5 minutes. Remove from pan to make glaze.
To pan add orange juice, syrup, sugar, crushed red pepper and balsamic. Cook to reduce. Top burger with glaze.
