Curried lentils

Ingredients
LentilsOnionsGarlicChicken BrothCurry powdersaltSpinach
Directions
Dice onions and garlic. Spray pan with non-stick spray and brown onions and garlic. Add broth as needed to keep from sticking. Remove from pan and add lentils and remaining broth. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients and simmer until spinach is wilted. Add water as needed. Serve with cooked rice. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
