Easy French Toast Casserole

2/3 cup packed brown sugar2 T butter2 T corn syrup1.5 cups non-fat milk4 large eggs (1/2 cup of egg substitute may be used for 2 of the eggs)6 (1.5 inch thick) slices French Bread
Heat first 3 ingredients in small sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until mixture is bubbly and sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Pout sugar mixture into bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside and cool completely. Comine milk, egg, vanilla and salt in large shallow bowl, stire with whisk. Dip 1 bread slice in milk mixture; arrange bread slice over sugar mixture in dish. Repeat proceedure with remaining 5 bread slices. Pour any remaining egg mixture over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
