2 cans of Cream of Celery Soup preparedFrozen Mixed Vegetables2 Stalks of Celery, cut & diced1 medium Onion, diced3 chicken breasts coursely diced (boneless & chicken)1 cup Bisquick mix1/3 cup Milk
Add chicken, frozen vegetables, celery, onion, and soup into Crockpot. Cook 6-8 hours.
Mix Bisquick & milk together to create dumplings. Top crockpot mixture with 8 dumplings. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Enjoy!

These were great... I used 1 can cream of celery and one can cream of chicken, reduced fat for both cans. I turned up the heat to high for 30 minutes to cook the dumplings and they came out great. I also made 12 dumplings from 1.5 cups bisquick heartmart and 1/2 cup milk to have extra ! - 10/16/10
