Ingredients
3/4 cup sucanat1 tbsp maple syrup1/4 cup vegan butter1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1 egg replacer3 bananas mashed1/2 tsp salt2 cups flour1 tsp b soda.75 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients in order listed. Bake 325 degrees in a 9 in by 5 in loaf pan for 55-60 minutes.
