Asian beef salad

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, choppedCilantro, raw, 6 tbsp, mincedRed Onions, raw, .5 cup, dicedRomaine Lettuce 2 cup, shreddedChili powder, 4 tbspFish Sauce, 2 tbspGround beef, extra lean, 4 ozLemon Juice, 1 lemonCider Vinegar, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 4 tspThick sliced Bacon 2 slicesgrape tomatoes .5 cup halved
Directions
cook bacon crisp and crumble or dice
brown ground beef with Chili powder, fish sauce, vinegar and sugar until the sauce forms a nice glaze.
In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients with crumbled bacon and ground beef mixture and toss. Top with ground black pepper or cayenne to taste.
