Chicken with Konjac noodles in Sesame-Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
3 oz of bonelss shinned chicken breast, browned in Pam3 oz of Konjac noodles boiled2 T Trader Joe's Peanut Satay Sauce1 T Trader Joe's Valencia Peanut butter with Flaxseed0.5 T Virgin Coconut Oil1 t Eden Oganic Gomasio (Sesame seed with seasalt)
Directions
1. Rinse and boil the noodles
2. Saute the chicken breast in Pam and dice
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Add the chicken and toss with the sauce.
5. Add the noodles and gently mix.
6. Microwave to heat up the sauce.
6. This makes 2 -4 oz servings, Enjoy.

I made this with canned chicken too. Also I added the extra peanut butter as I think the Satay sauce is a bit hot and I wanted to cool it down, so you could just use 3 T of the Satay if you like it hotter. You can also just use Toasted sesame seeds if you can't find the Eden brand Gomasio.
