Rice Select Italian Style Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup rice select aborio italian rice2 tbs olive oil2 tbs unsalted butter1/2 c chopped onion3 cup swanson 99% ff chicken broth
Directions
Saute onion and butter for 3 minutes. Add rice, stirring for two minuted, stir in one cup of brith and continue cooking; stirring until liquid is absorbed. Gradually stir in remaining brith 1 cup at a time cooking until liquid is absorbed before adding next cup.
Yields approx 3 cups cooked rice
