Vanilla Dutch Baby Pancakes

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter3 eggs0.75 cup flour0.75 cup milk, heated 20-30 seconds 1 tbsp sugar1.5 tsp vanillaPinch saltapples for toppingcinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F

Place butter in a large saute pan and place in the oven to melt

In a blender, combine eggs, milk, 1 tbsp sugar, vanilla, flour, and pinch of salt and blend until uniform (add cinnamon to taste)

Remove hot pan from the oven, swirl butter around. Pour the batter into the pan and return the pan to the oven. Cook the pancake for 20-25 minutes

Fry apple slices in a bit of water and cinnamon

Remove baby dutch from the pan and place on a cooling rack so it isn't soggy.

Slice into 4 servings
